Dr. Brian Olenslager, M.D.
Dr. Brian Olenslager received his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University. Upon graduation he attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was during his studies at medical school that he found an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. Dr. Brian Olenslager attended an internship at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane WA. While he was in Spokane Dr. Olenslager also served as a United States Airforce Medic. Dr. Olenslager then went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. During residency his focus was on diagnosis and treatment relating to physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management. After completing his residency and becoming board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Dr. Olenslager returned to Utah where he has been practicing pain management since 2004 in Provo, Utah. Dr. Brian Olenslager is a compassionate and caring physician who truly seeks to listen and serve his patients by improving their quality of life. He practices in safe, minimally invasive procedures to help with pain, many times eliminating the need for costly surgical procedures. He is dedicated to improving the lives of the patients.
Dr. Koschorke
Dr. Koschorke received her medical degree from the University of Heidelberg in Germany. She continued on her Pain Research first as a postdoctoral fellow in Neurosurgery, than as a junior faculty at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. After 5 years of research she decided to continue clinically and completed her Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD. She continued her education with a Pain Management Fellowship at The Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, WA. She holds three board certifications: Anesthesiology, Anesthesiolgy with Subspeciality Pain Management and Pain Medicine. She has active licenses in Arizona, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas and Washington.

Dr. Southwick
Dr. Southwick received his medical degree from the University of Kansas in 1984 and completed his Anesthesiology residency in 1987. He was Medical Director for the Pain Center and Anesthesiologist for Boone Hospital Medical Center in Columbia, MO for 11 years. In 1992, he was certified by the American Academy of Pain Management. He has provided care to patients in multiple centers during his career and enjoys the climate and setting in Arizona. He has active licenses in Kansas, Missouri, and Arizona. He has been involved on a state and national level as a delegate for his Anesthesia Society to the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Joshua Pal, M.D.
Dr. Pal is board eligible in Pain Management as well as Anesthesia. Dr. Pal’s Anesthesia residency was completed at Harvard Medical School, followed by a Pain Fellowship at Stanford. He is a licensed Acupuncturist as well. Well versed in all aspects of Pain Management, Dr. Pal has particular interest and expertise in the use of ultrasound to accurately target specific and discrete muscles and fascial planes for diagnostic and therapeutic injections. Additionally, he has a special interest in neuromodulation techniques, such as Spinal Cord Stimulators and Peripheral Nerve Stimulators. On a personal note, Dr. Pal enjoys weight lifting and hiking for recreation. Dr. Pal is Board Certified in Anesthesia and Board Eligible in Pain Management. Dr. Pal is also a delegate for his Anesthesia Society to the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Brian Belnap, D.O.
Dr. Brian D. Belnap, DO completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC and fellowship in Pain Management at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. He first developed his passion for the field of pain management while caring for numerous combat casualties during his service in the military. After residency, he served as Chief of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was later sent by the Surgeon General of the Army to help establish the first west coast Combat Casualty Treatment Program capable of treating among the most seriously injured service members. Located in San Diego, this multi-million dollar project received a great deal of media attention. As medical director of this facility, Dr. Belnap was interviewed extensively by TV, radio and newspaper media outlets. For his work with Naval Medical Center San Diego, he was awarded the distinguished Meritorious Service Medal. Dr. Belnap has been a contributing author to multiple textbook chapters and peer reviewed journal articles in his medical specialty. He has given numerous presentations at national conferences throughout his career. During his free time he enjoys basketball, volleyball, travelling, volunteering in his church and spending time with his wife and four children.
